Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days once the order is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case of a high volume of orders, dispatch may be delayed by an additional 1–2 working days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Colombo & Suburbs: 1–3 working days
  • Other Areas in Sri Lanka: 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation message with delivery details. If tracking is available through the courier service, tracking information will be shared with you.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout, including:

  • Full delivery address
  • Correct contact number
  • Postal code

Lakdiva will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed Delivery / Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to accept delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
